A friend just sent me this, this is the weirdest thing I've seen on the internet all day...so of course I took the time to fill it out. The survey's short, but the questions are funny if you're the type of person that has to stifle a laugh when someone else trips or succumbs to gravity in some histrionic way.

Click here to see how you'd do. Apparently I max out at 23.

Rules:

- You are in an enclosed area roughly the size of a basketball court
- There are no weapons or foreign objects
- Everyone is wearing a cup (so no kicks to the groin)
- The children are merciless and will show no fear
- If a child is knocked unconscious, he is "out." The same goes for you.

I always revise my estimates downward, on the presumption that the five-year-olds have been legitimately "feralized" and will do things like bite exposed Achilles tendons, wrap around my ankles, put weight on my knees, etc.

23 too. My only advantage is that I'm about the same size as an overweight 5-year-old so I can blend in and stealth-kill a few.

i don't think this is a very accurate assessment. i mean, children are vicious and they kick pretty hard. the survey also doesn't consider gender. i mean, little girls i could tear at their hair, but what if there was a little boy with a buzzcut? and do they come at you one by one or en masse a la agent smith? cuz those children could crush me. and do i get a chestplate? cuz it really hurts when i get hit in the boob. also, the rules say that a child is out when s/he's knocked unconscious... but do you have to just knock them unconscious? are you not allowed to maim or kill?

...there is nothing to do at work but ponder these things.

I'm only going to be able to take down this many because the idea of using a kid as a bat would be ridiculous enough to send me into a prolonged fit of laughter during which, the child-hoard, in their infinite cheapness, would take out my knees, gouge out my eyes, and finish me off with a case of the cooties.
